Hi Barracudas,

everyone did a great job at the time trials on Saturday! So proud of our swimmers, parents and volunteers! We have quite a few notes from that meet and in general, so please read:

- Volunteers, please show up a few minutes before your time slot so we can get started on time (keep things moving). We will include that in the descriptions going forward.

- If you need to find hours, there are several openings in July, please sign-up or reach out to Lisa and we can help you figure it out!

- During the meet, swimmers need to stay in the swimmer area so we can line them up and get them ready for their events. Parents please stay in the spectator area.

- NOTE: No tie-back swim suits at meets (we know they are cute, but they are not allowed). Also, only Barracudas or blank caps, no other team caps please.

- If you sign up for a meet BUT can't make it, please email or text us ASAP.

- Spirit Wear: 

- Last day for Spirit Wear is 6/12! Make sure to get your orders in so you have fun swag for the season. Link: https://zerolimitlifestyle.tuosystems.com/stores/barracudas

- Caps: For those who did not order customized caps, we have Barracuda logo'd caps still available for purchase. You can purchase them at the Spirit Store for $14.48 until 6/12 or purchase them at practices and meets for $16 (Venmo or Cash). 

- Team Tees: If you didn't get your T-shirt at time trials, you can pick them up at practice. For those that registered after the original registration cut-off date, your tees will be ready with the second round of spirit wear deliveries.

- Reminder to be respectful to other pool patrons. The HOA received a complaint about rowdy kids in the beach area during our practice times, and we don't want to risk losing our swim team privileges. THANK YOU!

- Looking at the time trial results, we already had a few swimmers making or getting close to this year's All Stars cut times -- way to go! Time trials do not count as a qualifying meet, BUT every meet going forward does, so let's do it again!

- Congrats to Owen Orton for setting a new record in the boys 12&u 50 free finishing in 29.22!
