Swim Meets and Sign Up Information
Main Team Meets:
You will need to sign up your swimmer for meets. You must declare whether they are swimming or are not swimming. You can also select the events they swim. You can sign up for a maximum of 3 individual events. These events are freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and the IM or individual medley (this is all 4 strokes). You coach has the final say in who can swim which events, so if your swimmer does not have a legal stroke the coach can remove them from the event. Alternatively, the coach may ask you to swim a specific event if he or she thinks the swimmer is ready for that event. Relays are assigned by the coaches and NOT available for sign up.
If you are leaving a meet before it ends be sure to check out with the coach prior to departing!
Mini Meets:
Mini Meets are only for Mini Barracudas. Sign up with be a "yes" or a "no" and swimmers will swim all 3 events if they choose. These meets will not appear on the calendar until after the season begins.
