Hello Volunteers, 

Thank you SO much for volunteering to help at Divisionals.  I know many of you already have your hours, so thanks for going above and beyond!

This meet will start very early, our start time is 6:15 AM.  I have updated the times in Swimtopia.  Some start times have changed!  All meet volunteers should check in no later than 5:30 AM (earlier if you are setup.)  Please allow extra time to park and walk, as there will be no parking at the pool.  If something comes up and you cannot make it please text me as soon as you are able (703-582-8180)

Set-Up: This will look a little different than usual.

Check In: Parents are asked to Sharpie at home, so you will just check in swimmers.  I'll have sharpies available for those who need them.

Concessions:  This will be outside the pool deck.  There are extra hands, so you can absolutely watch your swimmer swim.
